Day 10

I woke up and found that it was raining. When I opened my door to go to the bathroom to brush my teeth, the cold air just rushed up and made my whole body chilled. The temperature felt colder than the previous days. I told myself to get prepared for a cold day whole day. Besides, everyone could not wake up that early also as being in the room just outside the bathroom, I did not hear any footsteps even at around 8.30am. I found out that some of guys were watching the Champions League last night, it is no wonder they could not get out of bed. Having own time and own target to reach the classroom, I walked with a few others to the classroom which took us about 20minutes to reach as it was drizzling heavily. Actually, I felt that no matter how low the temperature is, our body can take the cold. It is always the wind blowing against us that causes us to shiver and wrap our arms around our body. We were ten minutes late by the time we reached the classroom. The lesson was about China Educational System. From there, we learnt that a person can obtain a doctor’s degree by the age of 28. This is pretty quick as it is way faster than Singapore. The problem is that males have an option of whether to serve national service for their country as their population is very big. After the lesson, the whole class had lunch at the Halal-restaurant. We attended a short maths tutorial after lunch and retired for the day after that. We headed back to the hostel. This time for dinner, all the guys were present and in a group of twelve people, we went to the Sichuan restaurant again. It is for others to have an experience to taste the food as some have not tried out the food before. We sat in a private room to eat. It had been a while since the whole class sat together and have a meal. Once the food arrived, everyone tucked in hungrily. Well, the person that is being picked on most now is the chanter. So you can imagine the atmosphere that we had in the private room. It was filled with jokes and laughter. We then split into two groups and took a bus back to our hostel.
