Day 7

Today, we had the China culture lesson. So the lecturer finished up the last two topics which are Lao Zi and Confucius. We are being told about their philosophies and their beliefs. It was quite interesting as I have never learnt any of this before back in Singapore. So I think it will help broaden our knowledge about China culture. After the lesson, we were supposed to go to the Yellow crane tower but due to some events it was postponed. So we instead had our first EM3A lesson of this trip. Well, we had to study about integration. Some of which we had already learnt in EG2. However this time, it is going to be harder and more in depth. I am also worrying about this too. After EM3A ended, we had free time. We made arrangements to go out by another gate of the school. Wilfred was saying that it is like a night market down there and there are many street foods that we can buy and much on. When we reached, it is true. I was spoilt for choice for what to buy and eat as there are so many things. One thing is that, the dirtier the store or place, the nicer the food will taste. It is a little ironic but that is true. So if you are a hygienic person, then you can really forget about trying out the local street delicacies that the place is offering. As a group, we settled for halal-food as it would be fair to the Muslim students. Well, the store is the same one as the campus but the food is tastier there. There are still some who have not try out the street food. Trust me, it is tasty and your money will not go to waste. Having finished our dinner, Wilfred brought us to have some bubble-tea. It cost us 2.50RMB but the cup is huge. It is slightly smaller than the 7-11 Big-gulp. After that, we went to a bakery and bought cream puffs. It is filled with whipped-cream. It is different from that of Singapore. Being a weight-conscious person, I really mind about the calories that I am taking.
